Jumps and Tents for Events officially launched on October 1st, 2018, here in Abilene. But the foundation started earlier... through hands-on field experience, large-scale event setups, and real-world partnership training with an established inflatable company.

We actively monitor weather conditions leading up to and during events. Inflatables are not operated in unsafe wind or storm conditions, and we will delay, adjust, or remove equipment if safety becomes a concern.

How do I reserve equipment, and when is my booking confirmed?
Your rental is officially reserved once we receive a signed contract and a deposit (up to 50%). Final payment is due 2 days before your event. After you book online, we will follow up to confirm delivery details.
Are deposits or payments refundable?
All payments and deposits are final. If severe weather prevents setup, cancellations are handled case by case and typically receive a rain check valid for 1 year.
When will you tell me my delivery and pickup time?
We finalize routes 2 to 3 days before your event. We will contact your onsite person to confirm access details and your delivery window.
Do you set up everything, including tables and chairs?
Setup is included for inflatables, tents, and dance floors. Tables and chairs are typically delivered for customer placement unless setup service is added to your order.
How should I prepare the site?
Please clear the area of debris and pet waste. For tents, call 811 to mark utility lines. Inflatables need a flat surface and a working outlet within 50 feet.
Can you set up at local city parks?
Yes, at approved city parks. This requires a city permit and a generator, which we can provide. Water units are usually prohibited at parks.
What happens during bad weather?
Safety comes first. Inflatables cannot operate in winds over 20 mph or lightning. We may remove or stop equipment early if dangerous storms are expected.
